This greatly increases comfort and even lets you open your eyes while wearing the mask. The material is soft and comfortable, and the band is adjustable to your preferred level of tension. I recommend the lowest tension that prevents it from slipping off. Make sure to wear it according to the instructions and run the band higher around the back of your head, rather than around the ears. It reduces pressure on your nose and improves the fit."
