14 Easy Home Improvement Projects That Will Add Value

You can do this!

Home Improvement Projects

These Home Improvement projects are perfect for people who are looking to resell their homes and do not want to put in a lot of money but want to add some value.

If someone just purchased a home or move into a rental, and they want to make some changes that are not going to be very expensive and that they can do without jeopardizing their deposit, this is the video and blog for you.

If you are not a person who is very comfortable with handling power tools or dealing with things around your home, I would highly suggest you try your hand at some straightforward projects like changing a doorknob, changing a vent cover, or just getting familiar with typical things that will break in your home and getting an understanding of how to possibly fix it yourself before always wanting to jump in and hire someone to do this for you.

I share DIY videos on many homes projects at ShanettaDIYLife Youtube channel.

When our water heater was not working properly, we did not have a manual to troubleshoot the potential issue, so we called someone, and they were here for literally 10 minutes, and it cost us $250.

The steps he did were straightforward and something I could have done on my own, but I was just so gung-ho on calling someone who is Dean a professional to get this done.

Ever since that incident, I have always turned to YouTube and blogs to understand when something is not working and to try and troubleshoot it on my own before calling someone who will charge me ridiculous rates for under 30 minutes at times projects.

I located many of the items I purchased in this video in my description; if you are interested in any of the items I had in my video, just check the description so you can purchase them yourself as well.

The best item I love so far, besides all of my feeling fixtures, is the Bluetooth exhaust fan that is literally a plug-and-play that I got from Amazon.

I use this all the time when I shower, do my facial routine, and bathe my kids.

This was the best money I have spent on my bathroom and my opinion regarding a ceiling exhaust fan.

Be sure to share this blog or video with anyone looking to do some projects around their home because these are great ideas in our cater to people on a budget.
